Welcome to the Senior Care at Crozer Website.

Our center provides adult day health care to elderly, frail, or disabled adults. Designed to be an alternative to home health services, nursing homes or assisted living facilities, our state-of-the-art center offers a daytime program of recreational activities, social services, meals, and nursing care in a safe, caring environment.

Senior Care at Crozer gives our members the chance to receive professional care, while still remaining independent in their communities. Our center allows members to have their medical, social, and emotional needs met in one comfortable setting, and gives friends and family peace of mind that their loved one is in good hands. Senior Care and Crozer-Chester Medical Center have entered into a 10 year affiliation and facility lease agreement to ensure there is an ongoing commitment to adult day health services in Upland, Pennsylvania and other communities in and around Delaware County. This affiliation will also allow the members of Senior Care at Crozer to utilize health services provided on the campus of Crozer-Chester Medical Center giving the member and the family both convenience and quick access to one of Delaware County’s top health care campuses should additional health services be required.
